In Section 10 of the Principal Act,-

(1) In place of the restrictive phrase in Clause (b), the following restrictive phrase is inserted:-“But a company which does not distribute profits shall place after its name "(Profit Non-Distributing Company)" should be written.

"(2) After clause (c) the following clause (c1) is added:-"(c1) A public company shall sell its shares and debentures without publishing a statement in accordance with section 23. Do not share sales openly.”
